Available rooms:
- Auditorium, 350 seats, fixed tables and chairs
- Room no P1G6A, 110 seats, fixed tables and chairs
- Room no P1G1A, 80 seats, movable tables and chairs
- Room no P1G2A, 59, movable tables and chairs
All rooms have projectors and blackboards.
Equipment
- Big board at the lobby to keep the schedule up to date.
- A rent car must be booked in advance and be available during the event.
Eat & Drink
- Lunch will be provided for free.
- Coffee etc also available, details TBD.
