Dates

Actual Summit: Nov 19-21th 2019

Venue

Forum Adlershof
Rudower Chaussee 24
12489 Berlin

Google Maps Link, OSM

Some meetings will also take place in the premises of The Qt Company:

The Qt Company GmbH
Erich-Thilo-Str 10
12489 Berlin

Google Maps Link, OSM

Where to stay

There are two hotels within walking distance of the venue:

Another rather affordable hotel is two bus stops away (or a 2km walk: OSM, with the option of a minor detour to make it a walk in the park):

You can also stay in the city center: Adlershof is easily reachable by public transport.

Traveling by public transport

Adlershof is within tariff zone B.

From the city center: Take one of the S-Bahn trains to the S Adlershof (S45, S46, S8, S85, S9). From there you can either walk (it's only 750 metres), or take the tram to station Walter-Nernst-Str. OSM route.

From Schönefeld airport: Take the bus 164 from Flughafen Schönefeld Terminal (Airport) to Walter-Nernst-Str, or use the S9 or S45 to S Adlershof.

From Tegel airport: Unfortunately it takes a bit longer to travel from Tegel to Adlershof. Use one of the connections suggested by https://www.bvg.de/en .

Registration

Registration will open soon.

We are expecting to host the event for around one hundred persons. Priority is given to Maintainers and Approvers. Other Contributors are welcome to join, up to the maximum capacity of the event.

Event sponsors

Sponsorships agreed

  • Froglogic
  • KDAB
  • The Qt Company

Addition sponsorship discussion ongoing. We are aiming to have at least six sponsors, which would allow offering compensation of travel costs to those community contributors, who need it.
